Welcome to our 2nd Annual Event!

Sunday, September 19, 2010 – 1:30pm-6:00pm

LOTS OF PRIZES! ~~ LOTS OF FOOD! ~~ LOTS OF FUN!

Limited to First 75 Keiki to Register - Ages 5 to 16 years,

Deadline for registration is the 6th of September. Entry Fee: $10 per child

 Must have name of Accompanying Parent, Guardian or Escort

And Signed Liability Waiver. 1 Adult to 3 Keiki.

Liability Waiver must be signed by parent, guardian or escort upon registration.

 We are also seeking other churches, ministries, and organizations that would like to participate in this event by setting up a game or activity booth. Please email us if you are interested in being a part of this fun family event!

Q-How Do I Pay Online?
A-
  1. Download and print the registration forms
  2. Pay by clicking on the "Buy Now" button
  3. Sign, Scan, and Email the completed forms to :luana.fukumoto@gmail.com
  4. Notify in the email that you paid online
Q- What if I don't want to pay online?
A- No problem! Registration forms will be available at New Maui Fishing Supply after August 1st

Q- What is the entry fee for?
A- Each participant will get a tournament shirt and remaining funds will be used for prizes

Q- Does Shore Casters for Christ make money from this?
A- No, all monies received goes back into the tournament

Q- Is Shore Casters for Christ a church?
A- No, we are an outreach ministry that gathers together to fish, fellowship and have fun!

Q- My children aren't old enough to enter can we still come?
A- YES! We will have lot's of fun things for the family to enjoy

Q- I have more than 2 children, is there a discounted entry rate?
A- Please send us an email and we will do our best to arrange something for you

Q- What forms of payment do you accept?
A- Credit Card via online payment through paypal or cash/money order (no checks please)
